We have displayed our color palette in the most accurate way possible. 
Nevertheless, you should consider that there may be differences between 
monitors and that this can affect the fidelity of the images.


About the prices

Most of the products in this website are available at different sale points
inside and outside our country. These stores may have different prices at different times.
There may be prices that apply only to the website and are not available at other stores.


Payment methods

To make payments for online purchases on our website, we offer secure online
payment through PayPal. All of our prices include sales tax, however, they do not 
include any import taxes that your country may charge.


Confirmation number

Once the payment is made, PayPal will give you a confirmation number corresponding to the 
order number. If you would like to know the status of your shipment, please 
send an email to the adress info@cueropapelytijera.com or call us in Costa Rica at (506) 2222-5516.
Please review your order carefully before making the purchase; once it is submitted, it cannot be modified.


Order processing

Our hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am 
to 4:00 pm. Costa Rica is on a schedule according to GMT -6 hours.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. The products offered are subject to 
availability at the time that the purchase is made. The system is constantly updated, 
however, on occasion we have limited stock on hand. In this case cueropapelytijera® may take up to 2 weeks 
for shipping. This will be confirmed with your order.


About the shipments

All our prices include shipping, check the prices if you are buying from Costa Rica or elsewhere 
in the world.

If you are a buyer within the Costa Rican territory:

- If you want your order to be shipped inside the Big Metropolitan Area (GAM for its Spanish initials) we offer express courier service, with delivery within 36 hours after processing your 

- We ship anywhere in the country via EMS Correos de Costa Rica, with an estimated time of
delivery of 3-5 business days after processing the order.

- Be sure to enter your address clearly and correctly. If the mail service cannot locate your 
address, the cost of a second shipment must be paid by the customer.


If you are a buyer outside the Costa Rican territory:

- We offer the International Express shipping service of Correos de Costa Rica, who will deliver 
your purchase in an estimated time of two to three weeks after processing the order.
The delays in delivery systems, post office, customs, etc. are not the responsibility of 


Exchanges and Returns

We ask that you contact us at info@cueropapelytijera.com so that we may respond to 
any questions or comments you have regarding our products.

Our warranty policy works as follows:

- Repair up to three months after purchase: buckles and stitching.

- Repair up to six months after purchase: problems on linings.

- Change / replacement: up to three months after purchase in the unlikely case of a default with the material.

The expenditures for repayment will be borne by the customer.
However, if the customer receives a different product than the one ordered, or if 
the product arrives damaged, cueropapelytijera® will be responsible for such costs,
as long as you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be subject to PayPal policies and wiill only carried out once the terms are agreed to between the parties.



If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. There will be no charge for the transaction. Orders cannot be canceled after more than 24 hours.

The successful conclusion of a purchase on our site does not imply acceptance of the transaction or order. This will be confirmed via email once the respective charge is approved, the funds have been transferred to our 
account from PayPal and the order has been processed.
